With over 4 years of experience as a Birthing From Within® mentor and doula and a as a MotherWoman facilitator I offer classes, private sessions, and support groups where you have time to reflect on your concerns and to engage your own deepest wisdom as you negotiate your unique journey of parenthood.

During my pregnancy, at the birth of my son, and in the months afterward I found myself able to access strengths inside myself deeper than I had ever known. I was also profoundly vulnerable and I needed support more than ever before.

I felt transformed in so many ways and I began to seek an understanding

of how the experience of pregnancy, birthing and parenting

can be an opportunity for a deeper sense of self, and self purpose.

I have been honored to be a part of many families birth journeys through

the years and I look forward to supporting you in whatever way works for you.

Mother Journey at Cradle...

FREE New moms support group

Every Tuesday  1-2:30 pm

for babies from 2 weeks to 6 months

In this group we recognize that being a new mom can be deeply challenging, full of joys and sorrows. Together we create a safe space where all are welcome, and all feelings are welcome, both your babies and yours. The structure is based on MotherWoman groups.

Please feel free to drop in, preregistration is not required.

Support for moms

with emerging toddlers 6 months to walking.

In this group a safe space will be created for moms to share and at the same time we will explore ways of playing with your emerging toddlers.  We will sing songs, learn finger games, and learn about child development through experiential sharing of your children’s movements.

Preregistration will be required but you will be able to drop-in within a six week period.
